Tensile Architecture - fabric structures, as pictured below, are used in commercial or public venues most often. Through consulting with engineers and architects, and through studying the uses and potential for this type of architecture, I have developed styles of my own. I am inspired to pursue tensile architecture as a functional art form.

Thus far, I have built tensile structures for the grain and ranching industries in the USA and Australia, as shown in the lower left photo. Very utilitarian I must say..   However, I would like to work with clients who are interested in small to medium sized shelters such as you see below. I have designed a pre-fab, easy to erect,  construction process for tensile structures which was co-created by a licensed structural engineer.

If you are intrigued by this type of architecture, please go to the contact page and write to me or give me a call.

Aspen Interconnect is like a fraternal twin to DesignBankAspen.com. Creativity, design and process in the specialty foods and derivative ingredients industry represent an edible art form. The "peak value" food products we take for granted every day are made possible by total geniuses who dream of the perfect food or supplement, develop a recipe or formulation that works and then design a process to manifest an actual product you would enjoy or benefit from. Aspen Interconnect is about this artistry in food. It is a creative portal for small and medium enterprises, or SME's. It took root and sprouted as a creative project and morphed into a network of people who have the imagination, know-how and tools to get the job done.

Niche markets in specialty foods, nutrient-dense ingredients and nutraceuticals represent very real and lucrative opportunities. We support the efforts of small and medium specialty food businesses in both Ukraine and here in America through spreading and increasing public awareness.

The Russian invasion has stymied many Ukrainian SME's, but post-war, there will be a flood of new interest in Ukrainian projects. Ukraine is truly a "bread basket". There are jaw-dropping amounts of wild and farmed grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, spices, herbs, honey and other foods available in Ukraine. It's an incredible place that more Americans need to experience. It is my second home.

If you are interested in food.. and aren't we all..  production, technology, better nutrition, artistry in the food supply, please contact me.

MOCT UKRAINE-USA   -  Bridging the gap between Ukraine and USA

The current war in Ukraine has temporarily thrown on the brakes for many business projects but post-war, there will be an absolute boom in reconstruction and new development.  In 2015, I created a registered Ukrainian business entity in Mykolaiv, a city of 500,000 which had been a primary shipbuilding center during Soviet times. Ukraine will, through small and medium enterprises, jump-start its reboot to recover and exceed the prewar business activity.

Now that Ukraine is on the map thanks to Mr. Putin, there will be no stopping the highly entrepreneurial Ukrainian small business community. Many countries and 1000's of businesses worldwide are already looking at Ukraine for post-war alliances. With good partners and cooperative management, it won't be long before Ukrainian products will be seen on western shelves.

Ukraine has been my adopted second home since 2009. As an artist and  small business operator, I respect the gap between dreams and accomplishments. Opportunities and sustainable markets are what Ukrainian SME's need most. There's nothing wrong with starting small, and it is my personal goal to bring opportunities to Ukrainian small business.
